Great Staff
We stayed at the El Segundo Courtyard one night and it was a wonderful experience in itself. Very comfortable and accomodating just prior to a long and early flight. We returned 10 days later from our vacation. The shuttle picked us up quickly and all went well. In transfering all the luggage and small carry ons I left my purse on the shuttle and did not discover it until we were on our way home. I called the front desk from our car and spoke with "Tina" and told her I had lost my purse. She said she would look for it and call me back. When I home there was a message from "Janet" at the hotel that they had found my purse. I called back and offered her a reward but she would not accept and said she would ship the purse to me right away. I received my purse in great time and all the money, credit cards, etc. were as I had left them. Can’t say enough about how great my stay turned out, great hotel and perfect staff.
