Loved being able to open windows

Fair value
Can use underground walkway to go to Mayo. Rooms small but adequate. Staff responsive. In-hotel food prices expensive, but cheaper restaurants available nearby.

Not impressed with Expedia
I was relatively pleased with the hotel. The main reason for chosing was the proximity to the Mayo Clinic where I took my daughter for evaluation/treatment. I am not satisfied with Expedia. The visit was cut short at the Mayo - they were unable to provide any further medical assistance due to the nature of the medical condition. I had reservations for a longer stay - now I want to discus a refund for the nights not used. This is something tha the hotel would not engage in since the reservations were made through Expedia. Next time, I will not use eExpedia unless I am absolutely sure of the length of stay. This also applies to the airline reservations. The hotel was Ok...Expedia sstisfaction is my issue, and I am not happy.
