A tough stay
This was a bumpy hotel stay. First when I went to check in at 4pm (check in starts at 3pm) I was told that there was a socceer tournament here and that they overbooked the rooms with queen beds. Since it was my husband, myself and my two children (5 and 1) they tried to put us in a King bed room and have my 5 year old sleep on the floor (which would have been fine) but 4 people are too many for a King bed room. After many phone calls and well over 1/2 hour at the front desk they somehow found a room with two queen beds. So I got what I reserved over two months ago but it took almost 45 minutes. But the front desk lady was very nice. Room was nice and new. Lots of amenties. But in my opinion the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows too soft! Then went to the pool 1/2 hour before it closed and had to ask three times for towels. The very nice lifeguard said she asked hours ago for towels and they never came. Eventually (because the pool closed and we werent getting out without them) three room towels arrived for us to use. For a Hilton the service should have been much better. On a positive note I did get a nice big tall glass of milk from the bar for my 1 year old and they did not charge us for it.

great hotel
this is diffinetly one of the best hotels i have stayed at. got it at a great price. the only complaint i have is that the bar in the hotel closed early on a saturday night at 10pm otherwise couldnt have been better

Very clean
Our stay at this hotel was great, everything was new and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
