Excellent service & great for family
I booked this hotel because it was so close to the train station, right on the canal and near a number of sights. The price was also very reasonable given the location and service. I have a one year old and they provided him with toys, books (in English), baby lotion/wash, and had I needed more they also had nappies and such too. While I did not use the resources they have guide books and information on Okayama and Japan available for your use adn bikes too. We walked most places because it was central to the shops, park and castle, and the canal walk is great for the kids adn adults. I have to say the service adn care was fantastic! There is a microwave available on 2 floors, along with washer/dryer and a business center for use. Each staff member made an effort to help in whatever way possible. I would come back to Okayama just to stay here!
