Pleasant and Convenient
The hotel was convenient and very nice for the price. The grounds were nice, the room OK but the hallways needed some care (paint) but it was overall a good stay, especially if you are heading for Disney. However, don’t count on the shuttle. It only goes to the parks early in the morning and back at night. We had to drive and pay for parking.
The price and availability of services were optimum during our stay at the end of October.

Won’t go back
Hallways dirty, elevators dirty, beds very cheap. Ducks leaving mess all over sidewalks. They cleaned sidewalks once a day but the mess was back and you would step in it.

Basic....
We were there for the weekend and were at Disney most of the time. Were just there to sleep. We did have to change rooms after the first night after the beds in the 1st room were like sleeping on plywood, 2 lights did not work, nor did the blowdryer. The second room seemed to be in a nicer building, building 6000, with sleep number beds, which were better, but still not that great. It was basic and served the purpose. We got the room for very cheap so it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and addressed the issue immedietly. The pool area and landscaping outside was beautiful and very tropical. The interior (ex. tv’s, carpets, matresses, etc.) really need some updating, though.
