Not impressed
Hotel is old and not kept up. Bathroom was dirty. On the otherhand, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great service - bad location, terrible internet.
Sheraton Lima is located in downtown Lima, which is very much the poor, slum-filled area of Lima. Miraflores would be a much nicer area to stay - our party wished we had booked a hotel in Miraflores instead. The service and food at Sheraton Lima is very high quality. However, the Wifi internet (no broadband available) was of an incredibly poor quality. It often bordered on unusable.
