Inexpensive and familyfriendly Hotel
This Best Western Hotel is conveniently located close to the Gatwick Airport, nice personell and quick transportation to and from the Airport.

Shuttle Service
In USA all hotel airport shuttle service is no charge. Paying the equivelent of $5.00 per person, one way to a hotel that is 1 mile away, is uncalled for. Nowhere in our reservations did it state there was a charge.

convenience, comfort & economy
Convenient to Gatwick - really close (1 mile +/-) restaurant in hotel is quite good - reasonable in price with a decent selection from curry dish, fish and chips, or traditonal bangers and mash. We enjoyed our meals. Front desk staff very friendly and competent, especially nice after a long flight in. Rooms are on the small side (typical for LON area hotels), but have all the basics and are comfortable and quiet. Bathrooms are clean and more than adequate. Housekeeping’s standards are good. Parking is pay (6Lbs night)in an attached garage (secure. Wireless internet is free - in the room (at least thru the Expedia rate)- all in all perfect for a 1-5 fday stay if you want to be near LGW. The only negative, if you want more restaurants, not really anything in the adjacent neighborhood (there are other hotels which may offer dining choices) - take a taxi into Horley (2+/- miles) where there are several good restaurants to choose from (cost about 5-6Lbs).

A great curry restaurant in Horley "New Curry Bengal Restaurant" - excellent, fresh Indian food - great service - nice ambient - reasonable prices.
