Grand but cramped
The Grand Hyatt is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. As you enter, the lobby is breath taking with its gorgeous chandeliers and its marble floor. We were disappointed, however, when we enter our bedroom; it was very small and a bit outdated. Soon we got used to it since it was very clean and well equipped with toiletries, robes, sleepers, etc. there was attention to detail not just in the bedroom but everywhere else in the hotel.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you stay at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, it is worth to pay the extra bucks and stay at the club section which means, you can have breakfast and evening cocktails in a private room reserved for club guests only. The breakfast is more of a brunch with all kinds of hot and cold dishes of high quality. In the evening you have a good selection of wines, champagne and appetizers.
