Would not return
When we arrived we did have a minor room mix up. That was not an issue. The outside doors to the hotel do not lock. You do not need a room key to access the building. The pool was nice, water clear and it was warm. There were few towels out and they did not open the pool on time but locked it up early. Our room was clean and comfortable BUT it needs some minor maintenance. The miniature golf was sad, the video games did not work. I would not return...
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We went downtown, the food was great and it was interesting. Very limited parking. The maritime museum was disappointing, the Aerospace/IMAX theater closed at 2:30 p.m. so get there early. We did get to the zoo. That was dated, unkempt but the animals were very active. When we were leaving everyone (the employees) appeared to have left as everything was locked up except for the after hours gate. I’m sure the employees were off feeding the animals.

Great place if you are traveling with kids
I had no idea there was an amusement park inside this hotel. I got a room just above the miniture golf course (I’m not kidding). This place was an eight year old’s wonderland with game rooms and an indoor pool. The problem that comes along with that is loud children when you are trying to sleep or work. The room itself was fine, clean and comfortable. The desk lady was really rude and the breakfast was not worth eating.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
I had a great time at the river front market. Lots of good food and a nice view. While you are in town, you should visit the Little Rock Central High School site and take in some history. Powerful stuff.

Horrible in every way!
The photo’s are deceitful. The hotel looks newer in the photo’s. It is run down, paint was coming off some walls and doors. It reminded me of a 100 year old house with nothing but a sloppy fresh coat of paint. Upon checkin the help was short and impolite. I had a non smoking room that stank not of smoke just a bad stench. My room was at the opposite end of the hotel from the lobby. Although the rooms are inside,the glass door you enter to get to the rooms does not lock. It hangs slightly open because it won’t shut all the way, and anyone could walk in unnoticed. It’s also dimly lit. Upon check out the help was as rude as could be, and answered the phone in the middle of check out, they did not put them on hold to finish with me they took their time helping the person on the phone before getting back to me. The location of the hotel felt very unsafe. I was pretty scare being a 22 year old female. If you have kids or are traveling alone I would not stay here! There was very suspicious activity going on around the hotel. If the hotel has security I saw no sign of them.

Other than being a horrible hotel the location was horrible as well. There were no nearby resturaunts or recreational options to choose from.
