Nice hotel, Great location
Nice hotel in a great location. You can walk with ease to everything. The room was a good size and quite comfortable.

Not impressed but would go back- there’s not much in Augsburg
The hotel is impressive when you walk in. The rooms are nice. THe big problem came in with the maid service- there was practically none! at 4:30 pm our room still wasn’t cleaned. We went downstairs and told them. They immediately went to "clean" the room. Pretty much all they did was make my bed and throw out ALL of my personal paper that were on the desk. They didn’t even bother to take out my room service items for the 4 days i was there!
