They were very nice and helpful.
Was a great hotel, and every one was very nice. They allowed us to check in at 9:30 in the morning.

Nice and quiet
You can get a room without the breakfast package which is kinda nice if you’re not a big breakfast fan. You can also go down and have breakfast if you don’t have a breakfast plan for $10 a person billed to your hotel room. The rooms aren’t spacious, but they are clean and efficient. The rooms do have a mini-fridge that’s not stocked with hotel stuff (nice if you have stuff of your own you want to keep cold). And the "market" in the lobby has very reasonable prices for things like soda, snacks, milk etc. I didn’t get a chance to go to the pool or the fitness room, however the outside courtyard is nice place to go if you want to play an inspired outdoor game with the family or just want to sit in the sun for a while.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Take the time to go visit the Cincinnati Museum Center. Most museums aren’t designed for whole families in mind, but this one definitely is. There is a whole section of the museum dedicated to kids from age 6 months to 10 years. (with each part being seperate and watched over by museum staff). It can get pretty busy there during the weekend however, but even on a sunny summer Sunday it wasn’t all that bad.

Hotel was very family friendly. The room was comfortable, clean and relaxing. Hotel provided a pack-n-play for the baby. Our family enjoyed the swimming facility and workout area. Thanks.
