Great hotel!
We were really impressed with the accommodations! The lady at the front was awesome (Connie I think?). She was so helpful! Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection beyond just pastries and fruit. Bed was pretty comfy for a hotel - that can be so hit and miss most of the time. We would definitely stay at a La Quinta when we have to go out of town again.

Eat at the Brookfields restaurant across the parking lot. The food was awesome!

Business Trip Comfort
The over all stay at this hotel was comfortable, and as I was staying for business it made my stay even more comfortable with the inviting decor and the room temperture was consistant. I would suggest better "Cups" or "glasses" than the paper ones that were provided. And the coffee provided in room was ok, but the condiments were old. Also, the walls were paper thin, so being woken up very early in the morning by other guest in the next room or even a few doors down was a little exhusting.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Pack light, and don’’t forget a comfortable pillow from home. Even if it is just a "Travel" size. Having a familiar "smell" of home makes any place you lay head a little more bearable.

Acceptable
We requested a lower floor but there wasn’t a room for us without smoking so we agreed to a room with no smoking but on the same floor as smoking. This was a very big mistake, it was awful, the smoke smell even came into our room because the hallway was so smelly. I did not mention this because I didn’t want to give any problem to the hotel and we were already settled when we became aware of the smell. If not for this, I would have rated my stay better. This is a big turn off and I will never stay on a smoking floor again. Everything else was pleasant.

The location is ideal for day trips in any direction, convenient and accessible to the places we needed to travel to. Location is perfect.
