Best Shuttle service EVER
This hotel is a little out of the way...meaning it is not close to shopping or restaurants but does have very central interstate access and is the closest to the University of Phoenix Hokum campus which is why I chose it. The shuttle service made up for the distance the hotel is from amentities. The shuttle service is willing to take you to the mall, restaurants and the airport, and pick you up as well. Most importantly, there was free shuttle service to the U of P campus. The hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

A typical airport hotel experience
I stayed one night at this hotel because it was close to the airport and I needed to move on early the next day. It was a perfectly acceptable hotel. The kind of place you imagine staying for business travel. The only aspect of my stay that I found unsatisfactory was the wait time for the shuttle from the airport. It seemed like we waited nearly 20 minutes. This got us into our room just after 11:00pm on a 10:20pm arrival at PHX. Since we spent so little time, I cant really speak to the staff or services. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was large with extra cushions on the bed, and the bathroom was just shy of moderately luxurious. I would have no qualms about staying here again if I needed a hotel close to the PHX airport.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
The elevators are excrutiatingly slow. If you are rushing to get to the shuttle before it leaves, take the stairs. I missed mine, even though I called and told them I was on my way.

Amazing, exquisite, delightful
My stay at the Hilton made up for all of the bad hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff was unbelievable. The food was exquisite and absolutely delicious. The staff just made my day. I wish I could have stayed longer. You would have thought I paid thousands of dollars, but everything was so reasonably priced. Thank you,
Traveler's tip on dining
Eat in the restaurant...it was absolutely wonderful and the service was off the charts. Friendly and attentive...even the chef came out to thank me.
