Wonderful Stay!
I was in town for a two day conference, and staying here was a wonderful interlude between days. The bar area restaurant is a great place to bring work and grab a burger & wine. Also,the exercise room is top quality; each treadmill and elliptical machine has their own tv you can plug your headphones into. I highly recommend this hotel.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
4th street live is in the next block, so there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, but there are none across the street, which cuts down on the noise.

Horrible 4 star resort from start to finish
I don’t even know where to start. From arrival to departure this was a horrible experience. They only have 2 elevators that run VERY slow that we constantly waited on. Once we got on the elevator it was at least 85 degrees inside. I stayed on the second floor and when I stepped off the elevator there were no signs to point to my room which lead to aimless wandering. Once I found my room my key did not work, and after 3 attempts up and down the slow, hot elevator to the front desk they sent someone up to let me in. When we walked in the room the AC was off and it was 89 degrees in my room. My TV in my room was fuzzy and barely came in clear with video. After a short trip on the town I cam back to valet and asked the young man if he could leave me vehicle up front as I were to leave again shortly he said we only do that if people take care of us (implying a monetary bribe) HORRIBLE customer service from start to finish.

I would never stay at this hotel. I have stayed at motels with better service then this place.

Nice Hotel
This is a classic hotel with many nice features. It is in the best location possible for night life. The rooms are very nice, however we did have some minor maintenance issues.
