Great Location, good Hotel
Great location in Boston, beautiful old hotel. But some of the rooms are really tired looking. I have stayed at the hotel several times and some rooms are spectacular and some not so great. The hotel staff though is always fantastic.

No Room Service After Midnight
The only complain I have is that there is no way to get food or beverages after midnight in the hotel (nor restaurant, nor room service)
