Not 4 star and no pool
I was traveling with my teenage son. We chose this hotel because they were advertised to have a pool and be of 4 star quality. When we arrived, the front desk staff person was unfriendly, including not being helpful with questions about restaurants. The main elevator was broken. They had major construction going on during our whole stay, including removal of the pool. No pool was a major disappointment. The rooms were average and not of 4 star quality.
Avoid this hotel.

great location, recently renovated wings
The hotel is clean and I stayed in a wing recently renovated. which was nice. The location of the hotel is great. Its on the doorsteps of the main shopping street. And its across the street from the central train station.

A good place to stay
The hotel was clean and the room was of adequate size. We had two queen beds, something that was hard to find. The hotel was near the central train station and close to many tram lines.
