Hidden Gem
This is a great place to stay if you want to save a little money on food and have a place to hang out or use as home base. We went there to check out as many local breweries as possible and this was a really nice location for that. Right off a bus stop and definitely walking distance to Rogue, Deschutes and our favorite find, Laurelwood. The hotel was clean, quiet and roomy. The little kitchen was perfect for fixing up meals. We will definitely stay here again --- I highly recommend it.

Fine neighborhood hotel
I will stay at Park Lane Suites when I return to Portland. The staff was so helpful with directions around the city and arranging accommodations at their hotel as our itinerary changed. The location is ideal--adjacent to a residential area and only a block away from the main street.
We travel with our dog, and Park Lane Suites Hotel graciously welcomed our pet. Several blocks walk away begins Portland’s lovely Washington Park rose garden and more; a few blocks in the other direction, restaurants galore. One mile east places you at Powell’s bookstore. What a great location!

Excellent Portland Hotel and Value
If I ever go back to Portland, I would definitely stay here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was very good for seeing the sights of the city. The neighborhood is excellent. I was delighted with the hotel. I found these reviews very helpful, and the the hotel’s high customer ratings were well deserved.
