Great service but facilities need help
The hotel staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. The pool and hot tub were in good shape as well. The gym was in poor condition both in the quality and date of machines, selection of free weights, and the overall room experience. The general open space of the lobby is dated as was the pool area. The bar was good and tenders friendly, however they were not good in serving large parties for food.

Hairbrush dilemna
I had an enjoyable trip. My only complaint is that I called the front desk for a brush (I was going to purchase this brush) and I had to call three times to find out where the brush was. It took over half an hour to get the brush. At first they we’re not very pleasant and accommodating about the request. The person provided me with excuses instead of a solution.
