Wonderful and Comfortable
This hotel was so convenient to everything we needed to do. The restaurant within the hotel service was fabulous and the food was excellent. We loved the sleep number bed and slept comfortably. The area we were in was quiet and it felt safe. We did not have any problems. The staff was friendly and courtesy. It was a great experience.

Unhelpfull staff
I went to the front desk and asked for a phone book.(there was not one in the room) The person at the desk looked down and then looked up at me and said they didn’t have one but he would look up a number for me. The room was suppose to have a sleep number bed but it did not.

Crickets
The Staff were courteous. The hotel was clean but well worn. The beds weere confortable. The price was very reasonable. The resturaunt had good food at a reasonable price. The meeting room was very usable. Photographers can make unusual demands but the hotel accomodated every need. The only problem were the crickets. I heard a fellow photographer complain. then I had an unwanted guest in my room. The night manager kindly found me another room but by then I had lost a nights sleep. I even heard crickets in the elevator the next morning.
