The postive is that it is the only hotel in downtown
The negatives are that it is a poorly maintained hotel with very little amenities. The bedding is scratchy and old, the TV is from the 70’s and the bathroom would not pass muster for most women. That said if you need to stay downtown it is probably because you are drinking and don’t drive. For that it is an acceptable place to lay one’s head down.

Nice clean motel
My room on the fourth floor was very very nice. I had other fellow students who stayed in the hotel, not on the fourth floor, who said it was disgusting. My room was really quite nice and I was very, very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. I would stay here again especially for the proximity to the downtown area and for the price.
