Cheap and clean
I would stay at this hotel again. It was nothing fancy but just perfect for my needs. A clean room and clean sheets on my bed at the end of the day.

Everything is close by so make sure you check with the visitors bureau for Dayton choose a couple of locations and mapquest from your hotel to these locations. There is quite a bit out there once you do a little research.

good value for the price
Well located north of dayton (we recommend mapquest to figure out exit 59). Friendly staff, very inexpensive, good value, clean and under refurbishment, no weird people or goings-on, lots of restaurants + walmart nearby, quiet on the non-xway side. Personally, we would probably opt for a little more expensive option next time.
