Great location
Location was great, personell were very kind. Only two comments ; Awkward smell in hotel corridors & breakfast was priced very high(so we did not take it)

Great hotel,super expensive,clean...needs better customer serv.
They charge for every thing so be carefull. Avoid giving them your credit card upon arrival. They charged me for visa registration and never told me. Later I saw the charge on my bill. Customer service was not so good, but hotel well maintained, clean and nice. I would stay again,but would not make it my first choice. Hotel area is very close to everything. Eat out because prices 5 times the normal rates. I entered the hotel many times and was never greeted,and it seemed the customers were heavily watched but not attended to.

Beautiful hotel
This is a gorgeous newly remodeled hotel. We stayed at the new part of the hotel. Service was impicable. Room was beautiful modern with a very nice bedding and luxurious bathroom. This hotel has phantastic location on Nevsky, in the middle of everything. I think this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
