Wonderful Resort with Nice and Sincere ppl
This is a great resort to go when you go to Fiji main island. Its is very large in space, with different restaurants, activities, and beautiful chalet. Its especially suitable for families with children that you have no worries of what activities to arrange for them.

Great For What It Is
This was an excellent place for a disparate group of people to gather for a destination wedding - which is how we came to stay there. It worked for everyone from new parents to singles. That said, its a giant and somewhat impersonal mega resort - and, aside from the exceptionally friendly staff, you could have been in at a big hotel in any tropical area of the planet. Of course, this is relaxing and rewarding in its own right. Pros: Friendly staff, large complex, beautiful setting, friendly for kids, accomodating to large groups of people, nice and clean rooms, easy to access, no one bothers you or tries to sell you stuff. Cons: Mediocre food at exorbitant prices (go across the causeway to Geckos for slightly better or Tom Lus for much better), mediocre wine and cocktails (stick to the beer), extremely limited beach space, overrun by children (only a con if you dont have any), crappy dive operation. Overall, its a great destination if you are looking for a big, relaxing self-contained resort that can take care of most requests - and dont mind it being somewhat impersonal and lacking in character. If you want character and uniqueness (and decent diving), you need to go to one of the many smaller island resorts.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Its completely worth it to go to Tom Lus or Geckos to eat at night. They are very close, far better food, and cheaper. Also, avoid the dive operation. As its onsite, they view you as a captive audience, just go through the motions, and the guides are mediocre divers who have killed off much of the reef by manhandling it every dive.
