Ok for the price
I just needed a place for the night. It was okay for the price. Wouldn’t stay for a long time.

Travelodge in Palo Alto
Needed a place to stay near the VA Hospital in Palo Alto. Found the Travelodge on Expedia and made a reservation. Well located on El Camino with easy access to local restaurants and the VA Hospital was within an easy drive. Had a fine dinner at the Fish Market nearby.

Worst in good area
Old windows let in every noise from highway and parking lot, where groups hung out smoking so much it entered my upstairs room. Leaky water puddle in bathroom--night clerk could not change room or give info on next day change. Office unstaffed early am. Pay more for a real place.
