Not bad for business
I have stayed in this hotel 3 times. It is clean and the service is good. However, the 3rd time around, I wasn’t able to upgrade my room to a doublebed because the hotel was fully booked. I ended up sleeping in a single (or twin-size bed) in a very, very small room. The small size of the room makes it very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Otherwise, it was fine.

One night stop
This hotel is a clean and convenient place to spend the night before leaving London on the Eurostar. The room was clean but small, but all we did was walk to the British Library and use the room to sleep.

What a nice suprise
This hotel is just a little distance from the busy part of London, but within walking distance from Oxford street for shopping. Two minute walk to the underground and a bus stop even closer. The Big Bus also stops down the street. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is always eager to help out with anything with a smile. Good eats nearby also. We booked tours from this Hilton with ease. Our family had a great time and would recommend this Hilton Hotel highly.
Book the Big Bus tour. Hop on and off at all the major sights of London. Well worth the price. Bus stop down the street and can book it through the Hilton.
