Good location, good service but faded glory in public spaces
Wonderul hotel and great location but I kept thinking of my grandmother every time I walked through the lobby.

Friendly Staff
The hotel is beautiful, with a great location to the train station (Hauptbanhoff) and the central shopping. The river is an easy walk, as is the night life. The best part about Hotel Dom was their friendly staff. They were efficient and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at ease in a foreign country. I felt that they were interested in making my stay as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, fabulous location
Hotel staff were helpful, professional, and gracious. Our room was very nicely furnished and relatively spacious. The location is perfect.
