Older Building, but extremely helpful employees!
While the building is older, and the landscaping does more to hurt than help, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely helpful.

Room heat was malfuntioning
It was bitter cold outside, and not much warmer inside. My heater was off when i arrived and it never warmed up enough to get the room comfortable. Not a pleasant night stay with a heater blasting on high but only pumping our lukewarm air.

Traveler's tip on dining
The restaurant next door, Pappa Razzi, is excellent. Try the carpaccio, a pizza, and strawberrys with zabaglione for dessert.
