very poor
Showers didn’t work. Unsavory people cruising the parking lot.

Remodeling
I have no problem with the motel doing remodeling, however the construction workers had their music screaming. It was pretty loud. We just turned on the air-conditioner on high and it drown out the sound. They were done by 6:00. Room was clean, Pool was not open due to remodel. Was decent for the price.

Good budget hotel, bad location
The hotel personnel couldn’t have been more pleasant. The room was nice and clean, a bargain for the price. However, the noise from the rowdy revelers at the nightclub next door will prevent me from staying there on my next trip to OKC. So I would recommend the hotel, but only if you are staying on a week night--surely it wouldn’t be so loud then. For my money, next time I will spend a few more dollars and stay some place that isn’t located next to a club.
