Simple and clean family hotel
Small family hotel at great location (ocean front). Everything close by. City center approx. 20 min. walk away but life happens at boardwalk and beach anyways. Bikes are available at hotel. Mostly Italian guests returning each year (also true for Pesaro as a destination). Very clean! - Full board can be booked at hotel if not offered online and is worth the money. Standard continental breakfast incl. Fine sand beach is cleaned every day. Water quality and temperature was perfect in July 09. Umbrella and deck chairs cost extra but are very convenient. Small public beach exits. Felt safe our whole stay.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Urbino is 35 km away and rated a UNESCO world heritage location. Renaissance church and paintings are top notch. Nice piazza. 1/2 day trip. Medieval castle Gradara close to Rimini/Cattolica is coming to life in the evenings. Great views. Go there for romanic dining (great for kids too). 25 min. drive directly or 1 hour via scenic route along the shore.
