2 night visit to Lansing
I checked in on a Friday night after flying into Detroit. The young woman at the front desk was incredibly nice, fast and courteous. Things were very busy so she should have had back up. On Saturday I had the do not disturb sign on my door. (I was suffering from a cold, and wanted to sleep in). At 12:00pm I told a housekeeper that I’d like to have my room cleaned (and removed the sign on the doorknob). I came back at 3:30 and it hadn’t been cleaned. Left for a wedding at 4pm and returned at 12:30am and the room had never been cleaned. Other than that, the hotel was great, convenient and the front desk person was incredibly nice! Overall a great 3* or 3* (plus) hotel.

overall it was ok first time my kids ever stayed at a hotel
It was ok but it was the first time my 6 and 8 year old ever stayed in a hotel and they thought it was awesome but my room wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be and then when they said it was we went back there and there was no sheets on the bed and no towels etc.They also had a diner in the hotel and the food was good!
