Would NOT go back
View was the freeway. Pool area was not appealing. Hotel seemed dusty. Nothing worked properly-door, ice machine, soda machine, and television. For instance, was on 5th level and ice machine on all levels were not working; had to go to front desk to get some ice. Soda machine took money and gave no soda; management should have put a sign to say ’out of service." Cable T.V. was cutting out and management didn’t seem to really care whether someone came up to fix it right away or not. Customer service personnel seems to give the impression that you were bothering them whenever you were asking a question being so abrupt with their response. Would never stay at this location of Doubletree hotel again. It is a shame because stayed at Doubletree at other locations were pleasant. This hotel was poorly managed and maintained.

Nice Stay
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Only thing for me was that the beds were too soft. But overall, nice place to stay. Love the Doubletree Cookies, only wish you would get one daily and not just at check out.

Great choice!
Highly recommended! The location of this hotel is really convenient. It is a very nice choice to stay. However, the air conditioning is a little bit loud, but not a problem to me.
