Not a 4 star hotel
Room was tiny and confining and the location was inconvenient to downtown Zurich. otherwise, as can be expected in Switzerland the room was immaculate

A three-star hotel disguised as a four-star one.
As the title of my review suggests, nothing about this hotel convinced me that it deserved a 4-star rating. I am aware that hotels in Europe are generally not as luxurious and modern as those in Asia. I have traveled around Europe quite a lot and was by no means unaccustomed to this fact. However, even I was shocked when I arrived at the hotel. First, the photos do not accurately reflect the hotel. The hotel looks much less nice than the photos suggest. Second, my room was at most only 50 squared feet. I only barely fit all my luggage in my room. Third, the bathroom does not even have any toiletries except for shower gel. Fourth, the pillows were treacherous. When I asked for an extra one, it took them two days to bring it to me. The hotel would be perfectly fine if you were expecting a 3-star hotel. But if you were expecting a 4-star hotel, be prepared for a shock. Plus the location is also not very central by Zurich standard. Granted by Zurich standard, everything is very compact.

Nice trip!
The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. The food at the hotels restuarant was also very good. We enjoyed our one nite and would recommend this hotel for short stays or weekends.

Walking around in the old town area was great. So relaxing and slow paced.
