Pleasantly surprised
I reserved this room because I was on a strict budget for this trip. I was surprised at how comfortable the bed was, and the TV was a lot bigger/better than I thought. I loved that there was a working fridge/freezer and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible customer service
Tried to change a reservation at this hotel when business travel circumstances changed. Hotel would change the reservation (we did this 2 days in advance) but said we had to pay for the extra night regardless of whether we stayed there or not. Then we asked them to cancel the reservation and they still said we had to pay for it. Asked to speak to a manager but the desk clerk said he was unavailable. Desk clerk said she would have the manager call the next morning. No one called. Called Visa to dispute the charge. Matter still pending. First experience in not being able to cancel a reservation anywhere with more than 24 hour notice. Extremely unhappy. Will never stay at this chain of motels again.
