Pacific Palms Paradise
Pacific Palms is a first class hotel. Great Golf course which I did not get to play due to business schedule. The Hotel has fine restaurants, and the rooms are decorated beautifully. I was comfortable slept well and it was close to my business location in City of Industry. It was priced the same as lesser hotels. I will stay there again.
Great Golf course bring your clubs.

Odd Service, Nice Secluded Get-Away
I came here to stay with my bf for the weekend based on his recommendation as hes been there for a convention before. This is a very nice, large and spacious hotel. Our room was nice and clean with a comfy king-sized bed. I was expecting a plasma tv- which is the norm for most hotels nowadays but it looks like they have not upgraded to flat screens yet. We came back one night to find that our laptop power cord broken and mashed up where it plugs into the computer. They must have stepped on it really hard or ran over it with the vacumn. We filed a complaint with the front desk and they are now looking into it. Also, something odd happened- I had a Ranch 99 plastic bag that I had been using to store my shoes and had left it by my suitcase to re-use later. When we came back one night we found it lining the trash can...???! I dont really mind but shouldnt housekeeping use their own garbage can liners rather than use my plastic bag? Interesting.. I got a great deal online so I cant complain much- Id still stay here again as its still a nice hotel. The grounds are nice and there are a lot of romantic spots. The window in our room was big but we didnt have much of a view. Be sure to ask for a room higher up- the view will be nicer! Also, room service only runs until 11pm so be aware. We had done a late check in and missed the room service hours.

A nice local resort
Everything in the hotel was up to date (modern look) except for the CRT television in the room. Lobbies and restaurants had flat screens.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Nice little local resort, with nice restaurants, golf course, driving range, and pool/spa. Great for weddings/gatherings.
