Good personnel make all the difference- surprise very impressed
Nice hotel Easy access to and from I-25 All personnel warm. friendly, accomodating Housekeeping great Front desk people friendly and helpful- Free full breakfast wonderful and again personnel great My only complaint was the womens sauna was old and appeared dirty though I doubt it was Ididnt use it. Overall a great experience. because of the employees

Nothin’ special! But EXCELLENT BREAKFAST!
Bed was horribly soft and uncomfortable, but otherwise clean. it gave us what we needed...a dry place to sleep! the continental breakfast was delicious every morning! make your own waffles!! not the best place i’ve ever been but not the worst!

Gross Hotel
Upon arriving the pic on the website was a lot nicer then in person. Got into room window with no screen was open and had a hanging broke handle which made very hard to close. Opened floor fridge, bottom was filled with water which spilled onto floor when we opened door, the inside of the door had mold on it and not just a little and it had an odor to it. The extra latch lock on the bedroom door was missing an piece so could not be used. The mattresses sank to the middle of bed. Asked for extra pillows late at nite and received cigarette smelling ones. Ended up leaving this hotel early because it was so nasty. Will never use or refer a Ramanda in. Upset I wasted money on the days we were there.
