Poor Service
Spent two days (because of plumbing issues at my house)...The first morning I realized (after almost getting burned) that the shower ONLY had hot water. I called the front desk and was told it was an easy repair and they wanted to know when they could get in the room. I told them I was leaving for the office and they were welcome to the room at 7:30 AM. That night I TRY to use the shower about 11:00 PM, no cold water! Call the front desk...nothing they can do...Oh well.

Not impressed
We asked for a room with a balcony, yet had to change rooms 3 times just to get what we wanted. Also called 911 due to a suspicious car in the parking lot, which turned out to be an arrest. When we told the hotel attendant, he basically said the hotel was not responsible for what goes on in their parking lot. Being that the rooms on the first floor had sliding glass doors accessible to the outside of the hotel, I would like to think this hotel would be more concerned regarding the safety of their guests. The customer service certainly left alot to be desired.

Very nice staff, comfortable rooms and reasonably priced.
