Erie’s excellent Inn

Complimentary breakfast above average! Room was neat and clean. Facilities worked. Adequate parking. Maid service was fine. Didn’t have occasion to utilize pool, room service, etc. Definitely satisfactory!
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Located right nearby the entrance to Presque Isle State Park. Make time to explore the park. Beaches are beautiful and so are the views (if the weather cooperates.)

AIRPORT SHUTTLE
this is a great hotel if you have an early flight the next morning. Shuttle runs every half hour 24 hours a day. We left the hotel at 530am and they even had the free breakfast set up already. When we returned the shuttle was already sitting at the airport, didnt even have to call the hotel...

Not too bad
Everything was fairly good. The breakfast in the morning definitely hit the spot. The staff was helpful and very nice. My only complaint, is that the A/C did not work at all. Even though it was somewhat chilly outside, the room was a freeking sauna when we got in there. Since it was pouring down rain, we couldn’t leave the window open.

Good Quality and Convenience
This is a well managed hotel with good amenities. It is close to the Erie airport and provides 24 hour transportation to the airport. Very clean, good beds, etc. I’ll be staying there again.

Clean, simple, just fine.
It was a simple, fine hotel. Not much in the neighbourhood, the other comfort inn in town is near all the shopping.

Nothing special but clean and comfortable.
The review title says it all. Comfortable room - although we had to ask the maid service not to spray air freshener or use scented cleaning products in the room. We are allergic and when we first entered the room the odor was a little overwhelming. They did comply with our request.

A comfortable stay.
I felt safe staying in this hotel, and the room was very clean and comfortable. On my way to and from Ohio, I stayed at this hotel for one night on 2 separate occasions. I am a light sleeper, and on the first night my room was too near an ice machine, and I got very little sleep. The next time I stayed there, I requested a quiet room away from the ice machine, and I was given such a room, but it was above the back entrance to the hotel, and people were talking outside late at night. I put the air conditioner/fan on for white noise and that seemed to work well for me. These sounds may not bother someone else, and as I said before, I am a light sleeper. I would stay at this hotel again.

Comfy - not too clean
We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom which definitely made us wonder how much hidden filth was in the rest of the room. The shower was filled with mildew that you could smell and the floor reeked of urine. If they had better cleaning, the place would have been great. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of coffee which wasn’t filled for some time. Even though there are some hot foods, this is serve yourself continental. Next time we’ll like go out for a nicer breakfast.

Nice
We had a great stay in Erie. The Hotel was clean, modern and the employees were very helpful in answering questions and even providing change for the laundry facilities which were open 24/7 We will definately book this hotel for our annual trip to Erie.

Very Nice!!
We went to Erie for a weekend get-away. This hotel is close to shopping, good places to eat & the Erie Elks Lodge. We were treated very nicely by all the staff. The breakfast was very good & a nice variety. Loved the fact that the water was hot in the shower, like right now. We will stay there again.

If you are an Elks member, be sure to go up around the corner to the Erie Elks Lodge. You won’t find nicer ppl, great food, good prices, & Sat nite BINGO that is so fun!!

Good hotel of I90
This is a great location near the airport and peninsula, near many restaurants. Staff was good, wonderful free breakfast in a nice dining area.

Very Close & Convenient
This hotel is just 5 minutes from the Erie airport. It also has a computer in the lobby with internet access and free continental breakfast. Also close to grocery store, bars, restaurants and gas stations. Glad I stayed here.

Very nice hotel for price I got
We stayed her so we didnt have to drive home after going to JRs Comedy Club. It wasnt far from downtown Erie. The rooms were pretty clean except I did find some candy wrappings under the bed while looking for my shoes. The beds were comfortable and the pillows are amazingly fluffy. I could only use one when I usually use two. The breakfast in the morning included hot and cold foods and was adequate to keep my belly satisfied. I would definetly stay again if needed.

We ate at Joe Roots Grill around the corner from the hotel. The food was very good and it was a really nice place. Service was also excellant.

We were very satisfied with our stay and really didn’t have any complaints. We stayed 1 night. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was good.
