Don’t go there!
This is NOT a quaint B&B. House is 200 years old and shows every year. Run down. Leisure room has no furniture. No night attendant on site. No ice. Fun-house floors, stained ceilings and dingy soft-bottom tub makes you wonder if you will end up in the dinning room below. The breakfast kitchen and laundry share in the same cellar room. There are hundreds of other hotels and thousands of rooms in Conway. Find one.

Overrated
My friend and I booked this b&b because of the high ratings it had received from previous travellers. It proved to be a disappointment. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the pillows were like rocks. In addition, the owner misdirected me when I asked for directions to some covered bridges nearby. The place has some charm, but a good night’s sleep is more important.

Nice getaway
The owner was very hands on. There was a nice set up of cheese and crackers and wine before dinner and an array of cordial liquors laid out after dinner. The floors were crooked and the bath room small but it added to the feel of a quaint New England Inn.The rooms were furnished with ceiling fans, tv but no bath essentials ex shampoo so bring everything you need. It is a little off the beaten path, so call ahead for directions. Well worth the drive
