Dulles Airport hotel - convenient and cheap
The Holiday Inn is very good value for money, especially on an Expedia deal. I chose it because it was close to the airport, but it was very quiet. Efficient reception, huge comfortable room with extras such as microwave and internet, and a half-hourly shuttle to your terminal (presumably they also do pickup from the arrivals). Indoor pool and gym. The bar is hospitable though can be noisy (sports TV); food is OK for pub food... I didn’t sample the free continental breakfast. Lots of airline staff using the hotel, which is a good recommendation.

Favorite in Sterling....
Love this hotel...not only because of the quality of service and cleaniness..but it is close to airport..and my son which lives in Sterling...I stay there everytime I go to Sterling..

A good hotel for an overnight near the airport.
Very clean room, comfortable bed, no noise. I liked the fact that there was a computer room available to clients. Nice looking hotel. We greatly appreciated that they kept 2 of our bags for a week while we went on a side trip. We were very disappointed that the restaurant was not free because of a party and the pub was way too noisy for dinner. We had to call for room service and paid double tip as the gratuity was already included. Breakfast was nice except the scrambled eggs tasted really odd. I forgot a pill box in the breakfast room, came back later and the staff had thrown it in the garbage already.
