Excellent venue
I stayed in the Executive Level, which was beautiful. The staff was very accomodating, the room was wonderful and the property beautiful. The breakfast buffet (included in the room price) was absolutely fantastic. The only possible negative was the spa services. I had a manicure and a pedicure, and they were adequate, but not necessarily what one would expect from such a luxury property. However, they are in the process of renovating the spa and perhaps that had something to do with it. In any event, I don’t stay at a hotel for the manicure, so it was no big deal. The checkout was a bit confusing, as there were charges on my bill that did not relate to me, but did relate to the event I was attending. Again, mistakes happen and they cleared it up when I brought it to their attention. I would definitely stay there again.

one time stay
the hotel was clean and good location. However the at the desk they try to convinace me that i should get twin bed instead of king size as i order.

it’s in very strategic area; shopping & dining in walking distance; the room is large` enough with enough lighting. not impressed by the hotel staff though
