Nice Hotel

Nice hotel at a good downtown location. The service was good and the front desk staff all spoke English. The blowdryer was old and did not work. The elevators were very small so we had to split up with our luggage. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Arosa/ Madrid

Arosa was in the most ideal location within a block of the metro, Puerto Del Sol, and directly on the Gran Via. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had while travelling. My room overlooked the Gran Via which was incredible. A little noisy at times, but that was to be expected. The room was modern, spacious and comfortable.

Not a bad place at all

Well located & friendly staff. Room was hot and you don’t control the temperature from the room although you are given the impression that you can with a thermostat. However, when we complained, they gave us another cooler room. Elevators too small but it gave everyone who rode them something to laugh about. The helpful staff makes up for any short comings in the physical hotel. We would stay there again.
