Very Friendly
The staff was very friendly and extremely courteous - went out of their way to help. My room was ready hours before check-in which was a huge plus for me.

Understaffed!!
When I arrived at the hotel at 9:30PM I was greeted with a line of seven people at the front desk. There was one girl working and she was also responsible for answering the telephone that did not seem to stop ringing. Well, 1/2 hour later, I was handed my key and proceeded to my room. Courtyards are not typically luxurious, but this fell short of even my modest expectations. The room was dingy and smelled of smoke/body odor. Thank goodness it was one night only.
