Hotel is remodeled and restored back to Broadview. Great Rates! Beautiful rooms, locations, views and AWESOME staff!

I’d go back to this hotel
Beautiful historic hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Layout precedes advent of TV. Bed was very comfy. Bathroom was simple. Parking garage across the street was convenient. Free full breakfast was decent (egg, bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits, etc.) I stayed during Riverfest and had bird’s eye view of parade from room. Lots of guests that weekend (JV baseball teams) so front desk staff was a bit tense but professional. Door staff was very courteous handling the duty of distinguishing guests from party-goers. Elevators were slow and very busy at expected times.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The Wichita River Festival is an experience of heart-land America. I wanted to listen to the band Kansas sitting on a grassy knoll in 72 degree weather in Wichita and feel the humble pride from the crowd. That was heart warming. Yes, I did tone down my swaggering Texas pride. ;-)

Wonderful historic old hotel with modern amenities!
We love staying at the Broadview Hotel. The staff is always attentive and courtous and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It’s a beautiful place and very close to the Oldtown district, where there are many great places to enjoy and have a great meal.

Oldtown is a great place to go to eat and drink and have a wonderful time.
