Depressing
I have never before written a review but I was so exasperated, I am doing it. This hotel seems like it is about to close (probalby the CA economy, but they should admit it)--I’ve liked other Hyatts, which is why I booked, but it was awful. The restaurant and wine bar were both closed, room service was mediocre, no minibar, the room needed to be refurbished (old lamps, rug, TV, etc.), didn’t provide receipt under door (had to go to front desk), charged for wifi and parking (unlike other airport hotels), used a difficult wifi service, clock was sset to the wrong time, minimal bathroom supplies...it goes on. I was tired, needed a good place to eat and rest, was willing to pay their price (higher than many others) and found everything about it second-rate. But there was toothpaste in the bathroom!

Good deal
It’s on convenient location, good size, and good transportation! I would go back here instead of paying $400 for Union Square hotels.

Absolutely beautiful
We had a hard time finding a hotel room in the downtown area because there was a conference going on at the time we were going to be there. We opted to stay out near the hotel since we had our car with us. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and we stayed in a beautiful room. They bumped us up to a suite for free. We also had our two small children with us and they were great about getting us two cribs and also included Johnson and Johnson’s baby shampoo, powder and lotion for each of the kids. A nice touch. I would definitely stay there again!
