satisfied overall
The hotel was clean and quiet. Good for a quick stay on a road trip, but I would not stay more than one night. Chose this hotel because the better rated hotels were full.

Room was not ready
The room was not ready when I arrived at 2pm. When I returned at 3:30pm, it still wasn’t ready. I didn’t get into the room until well after 4pm. I found this unacceptable. There was a problem with the shower and the message light on the phone was constantly lit but there were no messages. It was distracting during the nightime. I would not stay at this hotel again.
