Not the place to stay on the Cote dAzur
Ambassadeur Juan les Pins purports to be a 4 star hotel in this town, but that is debatable. The location is well away from the shore, next to a dull convention centre. Despite a high room rate you are asked to pay to use the urban pool and overall the service is more 2-3 star. When we stayed, the parking garage had a sewer leak that no one seemed to be caring about but the stench stretched into the ground floor lobby - not a good experience at any price but at these prices downright unacceptable.
