Great location but needs freshening...!
Loved the hotel’s location overlooking Darling Harbour. Staff very warm and friendly and all services provided promptly and with a smile. Public areas nicely maintained. Only issue was condition of room - while everything was clean, the carpet was stained in several locations and the bathroom had stained and some missing grout in several areas - would definitely consider staying at again, but would want to see it freshened up a bit...

Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-maintained
Room was in spotless shape; the curtains blocked out the light completely and the sound insulation was great. TV channels were limited, as was choice of movies. If you don’t dress in a suit and tie, you might not get the service you would expect from the concierge or reception staff, but it was adequate once they believed you were a guest.

Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away and has some great restaurants and lovely evening atmosphere.
