Great location but needs freshening...!
Loved the hotel’s location overlooking Darling Harbour. Staff very warm and friendly and all services provided promptly and with a smile. Public areas nicely maintained. Only issue was condition of room - while everything was clean, the carpet was stained in several locations and the bathroom had stained and some missing grout in several areas - would definitely consider staying at again, but would want to see it freshened up a bit...
