Poor ambassador for British tourism
I could cope with the mould in the bathroom and the door falling off the wardrobe but not the surley rude reception staff. We unfortunately prepaid and had to go back after a couple of days away. It was so expensive. Not a 4 star but a no star!

dirty sheets
Overall the hotel was good but the only thing that bothered was the stain on the sheet.. Other than that it is a very standard hotel that you wouldn’t find anything to complain much..

Close to Buckingham Palace
The hotel was hard to find. We took the Heathrow Express to Paddington, then to Victoria. Subway is near but was a little difficult to locate this hotel. The room was pretty small but the staff was very nice.
