We used to recommend this hotel-not anymore!
We really like your hotel overall, and have stayed there several times, and recommended it to several friends, but this stay was not impressive. We stayed 2 nights, and after the first night, we saw the maid & she asked us if we needed maid service. We said no, but we needed kleenex & more towels for the next morning. She gave us a new box of kleenex, and said we would have to wait until the next morning for the towels. I found this odd, considering we were staying both nights, why would we want to find the maid for towels the next morning, in our pajamas, when she had towels in her cart? But I didn’t think much of it until the next morning when we woke up with no clean towels. So we went to the front desk to ask for towels @ about 9:00am. We were told there were none & they would bring us some clean towels as soon as they had some. We waited, & waited, wanting to get going & get on the road. Finally, we located the maid ourselves & she gave us clean towels then-@ 10:30am. Then we were finally able to take a shower with clean towels. We never heard from the front desk with our clean towels, until 5 minutes til 11:00am, they called wondering if we were ready to check out because the maid wanted to clean our room! I was livid! They didn’t have the towels for us to shower with, but they wanted us to leave! We had 25 minutes to get out of there with clean towels. That is ridiculous! We have stayed in a lot of hotels, all over the country, but this was a stay I will never forget!

party outside rooms
The first night people were partying outside the rooms and I couldn’t get to sleep until 1:45AM. We called the front desk about 12:30.
